Raja Gopalakrishnan is the Group Managing Director for FIS’s businesses across Asia Pacific. A professional banker with over 18 years of experience in banking and outsourcing, Raja has successfully built and managed profitable high growth businesses across N. America and Asia.

Raja has spent over 10 years in retail and commercial banking with Bank of America and ABN AMRO gaining expertise in banking operations, technology, customer service, relationship management, and sales. Raja’s outsourcing experience has focused on product development, consulting, program management, delivery, sales, client management, and business development. The combination of banking and outsourcing has given Raja an astute understanding of the growth and profitability challenges facing banks today and the solutions that could help them navigate and overcome these challenges.

Raja majored in Economics & Business Management. His passions include movies, music, fitness, food and golf. His wife Sonia who is now a home maker is an ex banker and they have 2 children – daughter Sasha (11 years) and son Aryan (5 years).
